EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking)
For customers who need a quicker option, we offer EMS delivery. It usually arrives within 5-9 days from the date the order is dispatched and is sent via Express Mail Service. Please note that the deadline for this option is 14 days. A tracking code will be provided for all orders as soon as they are shipped.
Standard Delivery (Registered AirMail)
Delivery usually takes 14-21 days from the date the order is dispatched. Please note that the deadline for this option is 30 days. Orders are sent discreetly as noted above and delivered to your mailbox. Parcels sent by this postal service cannot be tracked.
Weekend orders are processed on Monday. You will automatically receive an email once your order has been approved and shipped.
Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays. Please allow 2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Large orders (more than 120 pills) will be split into 2 separate shipments and will not arrive on the same day. Generic and brand-name medicines will also be shipped separately and may not arrive on the same day.

Refund and Returns Policy
